Social Activation

To kick off the Adopt A Leprechaun program we launched a promo video showing our fans what it would be like to adopt a leprechaun. By tweeting @LuckyCharms with a request to adopt, we gave our fans their own personal leprechauns that they could actually engage in a conversation with through their leprechauns own twitter handle.

The Leprechauns

Leprechaun Doug
Leprechaun Scott is a consultant for tech start-ups. When he’s not crushing IPOs, he likes to surf waves, couches, crowds, rainbows, and of course the web. His favorite food is Lucky Charms, and he always eats the marshmallows first.

Leprechaun Gary
Leprechaun Gary loves hearty laughs and firm handshakes. His prize possession is a 64-leaf clover he keeps in his garage. He’s also a part-time DJ and is available for your next office party. He saves the marshmallows in his Lucky Charms for last.

Leprechaun Donna
Leprechaun Donna is the CEO of Fun. She plays by her own rules. Except on St. Patrick’s Day, when her rules are exactly the same as everyone else’s. She eats Lucky Charms upside down to get rid of hiccups. 

Leprechaun Jerry
Leprechaun Jerry enjoys painting watercolors, writing poetry, and making origami cranes that actually fly. He finds it easiest to dance like no one is watching when, in fact, no one is watching. His favorite food is Lucky Charms, and he secretly loves the oats.

Leprechaun Abe
Leprechaun Bruce is a real leprechaun’s leprechaun. He enjoys playing pranks, being chased, and hoarding gold under rainbows. In his spare time, he likes to assemble chopped wood back into a tree like a puzzle. His favorite food is Lucky Charms.
